Altogether a perfect choice in a particularly good and stunning setting. Large rooms with ceiling windows and sofa bed, brilliant base for a family holiday. A fridge and a toaster available.

It was really good in general: huge room, favourable location so close to great restaurants and bars right next door, the town centre, and the shops, bars and restaurants. Unique base for family vacation, we didn't want to leave.

Really lovely stay, well-kept rooms!
Easy check in and amiable staff. Excellent and perfectly comfortable setting, so close to good bars, and Edinburgh City's train station.

We stayed for 3 night and loved our stay. A fridge and a toaster were available for cooking. The host was helpful and very friendly, and planned late check-out for us.

You can easily explore the town centre, visit local tourist spots, and even enjoy the nearby shopping street. the rooms are well-maintained and spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. the cleaning staff does an excellent job, providing fresh towels and keeping everything tidy. Plus, the build-in kitchen has all the necessary amenities, making it convenient for preparing meals. With its excellent location and great facilities, this hotel offers good value for money.
The communication with the hotel staff can be challenging at times.

I had a great stay at Royal Princes Suites. The room was fabulous, with ceiling windows that provided a lot of light. The setting of the hotel was marvellous and stunning. I also enjoyed visiting the nearby Filling to relax and have a drink. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Well-kept and well decorated rooms, really good place overall!
Very lovely 1 night stay. Amicable hosts. Easy check-in, terrific service overall. Rooms with ceiling windows. Perfect setting very close to shops, bars & restaurants, center, castle, bars and restaurants and the main shopping street.

Suitable for a family holiday. Stunning and fab setting just off the centre of Edinburgh, places to get breakfast and great restaurants. Easy to get to The Cafe on the Corner, located within 5 minutes on foot. Amicable and amazing personal, great service.
