Altogether a perfect choice in a particularly good and stunning setting. Large rooms with ceiling windows and sofa bed, brilliant base for a family holiday. A fridge and a toaster available.

The apartment was spotless and located really close to the old town, the markets and centre and all the shops Christmas markets.

It was really good in general: huge room, favourable location so close to great restaurants and bars right next door, the town centre, and the shops, bars and restaurants. Unique base for family vacation, we didn't want to leave.

We did not want to leave there, the stay was very nice.

The staff were amiable and easy to talk to. They provided terrific service too.

There were a hair dryer, toiletries, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Very amiable staff who provided terrific service.

It has fab setting near the bus stops, Edinburgh City's train station and town centre.

Most importantly the staff were polite and amazing.

The place is spotless, big rooms. There is cafe The Cafe on the Corner offering coffee and treats within 300 metres of the venue.

They kept the place spotless, everything was really good. Every staff member was very amiable and provided a great service. I could use kitchen.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel puts you within walking distance of all the main sights and attractions. You can easily explore the town centre, visit local tourist spots, and even enjoy the nearby shopping street. the rooms are well-maintained and spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. the cleaning staff does an excellent job, providing fresh towels and keeping everything tidy. Plus, the build-in kitchen has all the necessary amenities, making it convenient for preparing meals. With its excellent location and great facilities, this hotel offers good value for money.

The communication with the hotel staff can be challenging at times.

I had a great stay at Royal Princes Suites. The room was fabulous, with ceiling windows that provided a lot of light. The setting of the hotel was marvellous and stunning. I also enjoyed visiting the nearby Filling to relax and have a drink. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Suitable for a family holiday. Stunning and fab setting just off the centre of Edinburgh, places to get breakfast and great restaurants. Easy to get to The Cafe on the Corner, located within 5 minutes on foot. Amicable and amazing personal, great service.
